EmpowHer is a transformative programme designed to support women in Southend by fostering confidence, wellbeing, and community. Delivered at the Growing Together Westcliff site, the initiative combines therapeutic gardening with creative activities in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Participants benefit from structured sessions that encourage self-expression, resilience, and healthy social connections.

Since launching, EmpowHer has welcomed women from diverse backgrounds, helping them build self-esteem and coping strategies while forming meaningful friendships.
