The Community Investment Board is made up of a maximum of 15 Southend residents who volunteer their time to invest funds in projects that will improve the overall health and wellbeing of the community. The board consists of individuals from various parts of Southend-on-Sea who have personal experience using community, health, and social care services, as well as participating in arts and culture.
